Our terms of service for customers using CCHL to source local suppliers for home jobs.
We are a platform that connects customers with independent service providers ("Suppliers") for services including, but not limited to, cleaning, clearance, and handyman work. We act solely as an intermediary and do not directly provide the services listed.
We facilitate the introduction between you ("Customer") and a Supplier. All services are delivered by independent Suppliers who are not employed by us. We do not supervise, control, or directly manage the work carried out.

Payments are made to us via our payment system. We may hold funds temporarily and release them to the Supplier upon completion of the job. By making payment, you authorise us to manage and distribute funds accordingly.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Customer payments are processed through CCHL or an approved payment provider before booking confirmation. Once the supplier confirms that the job has been completed, a 24-hour review period begins.
During this period, you may raise any issues or disputes regarding the service provided. Supplier payment is then managed according to the completion and dispute process. If no dispute is raised within 24 hours of completion, the job will be deemed successfully completed and payment will be released to the supplier, minus any applicable service fees.
Failure to raise a dispute within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the work completed.
For waste-related jobs (rubbish removal, garden waste removal, clearance), waste removal jobs are allocated only to suppliers who confirm they are appropriately registered or authorised where required. CCHL may request supplier waste carrier, broker or dealer registration details before allocating the job to ensure legal compliance.
Once a supplier has been introduced to you through CCHL, you agree not to contact them directly or arrange work outside of the platform. Bypassing CCHL may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
By booking a service through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

CCHL does not directly employ every supplier listed or contacted through the platform. Suppliers are independent businesses, sole traders or contractors responsible for their own work, insurance, tools, pricing, legal compliance and professional standards.
