SUPPLIER TERMS
& CONDITIONS

1. Relationship

You operate as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates employment, partnership, or agency.

2. Platform Role

We provide access to customer leads. We do not guarantee volume, frequency, or value of work.

3. Lead & Job Allocation

You may accept or decline job opportunities. Once accepted, you are expected to fulfil the job as agreed.

Failure to complete accepted jobs may result in removal from the platform.

4. Commission Structure

We operate on a commission basis:

• A percentage fee (typically 10–25%) is applied per completed job
• Commission is deducted before payment is released

5. Payment Terms

Payments are made after:

• Job completion
• Customer confirmation or expiry of dispute window

We reserve the right to delay or adjust payments in case of disputes.

6. Conduct & Professional Standards

You agree to:

• Act professionally at all times
• Arrive on time
• Communicate clearly and respectfully
• Deliver services to a reasonable standard

7. Cancellations

If you cancel an accepted job:

• Your account may be deprioritised
• Repeated cancellations may result in removal

8. Anti-Circumvention (Strict Policy)

You must not:

• Take customers off-platform
• Accept direct payment from customers introduced by us

Any breach will result in immediate removal and potential recovery of lost commission.

9. Liability & Insurance

You are solely responsible for:

• Any damage caused
• Your own insurance coverage
• Compliance with all legal and safety requirements

We accept no liability for your work.

10. Proof of Work

You may be required to provide:

• Before and after photos
• Completion confirmation

Failure to provide proof may delay payment.

11. Disputes

We reserve the right to:

• Withhold payment
• Issue partial payments
• Make final decisions in disputes

12. Onboarding & Supplier Review

Submitting your details or onboarding with CCHL does not guarantee work or automatic acceptance as an active supplier.

All suppliers may be subject to review, additional information requests, and performance-based selection before receiving job opportunities.

13. Licences, Registrations & Compliance

You must hold any legally required licences, registrations, or insurance for your work, including:

• Trade-specific qualifications or certifications
• Public liability insurance where required
• For waste-related work: waste carrier, broker, or dealer registration as required by law

CCHL may request proof of these before allocating work. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in suspension or removal.

14. Waste Removal & Disposal Compliance

If you provide waste removal, garden waste removal, or clearance services, you must comply with all waste disposal regulations. Waste must be disposed of responsibly and legally. CCHL may verify your waste carrier, broker or dealer registration before allocating waste-related jobs.

15. Termination

We may suspend or remove your access to the platform at any time, without obligation to provide further work. Reasons for removal may include:

• Poor conduct or unprofessional behaviour
• False or misleading information
• Unsafe or substandard work
• Repeated cancellations
• Attempting to bypass the platform
• Customer complaints or disputes
• Failure to provide valid licences or registrations

16. Acceptance

All systems, processes, supplier relationships, and customer workflows are proprietary and may not be replicated or used outside this platform.

By accepting work through the platform, you confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

17. About CCHL

CCHL is a local Leeds service-matching platform connecting customers with independent local suppliers for cleaning, clearance, handyman, assembly, waste-related and property support services.

CCHL does not directly employ every supplier listed or contacted through the platform. Suppliers are independent businesses, sole traders or contractors responsible for their own work, insurance, tools, pricing, legal compliance and professional standards.
